The site may be displayed differently depending on the browser you are using.
Best results are achieved using modern browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or Firefox version 2.
However, we have endeavoured to ensure that the same basic functionality will be available to all.
TheBullionDesk currently has 6 main pages, which are navigated between using buttons along the blue bar at the top:
Whichever of the main pages you are on, the blue bar at the top of the site has the current Gold, Silver, Platinum & Palladium price, as well as the most recent Fixes.
Clicking on one of these buttons will change the content below the blue bar, changing the news, prices, market specials and sponsors displayed.
Some of the news is free, and some requires a subscription. Stories requiring subscriptions are labelled with NEWS or RSCH, corresponding to our two main subscription options; News and Research.
Additional research is available through the left-hand side menu.

The navigation menu for TheBullionDesk is found on the left hand side.
Clicking on any of the items in the menu will open up a sub-menu, displaying the associated items underneath.
The menu is split into two sections. The yellow section at the top is for subscribers only, whilst the white menu below contains free content.
The other navigation control is the set of tabs at the top right, under the blue bar:
These tabs change the content of the right hand side of the website. These tabs allow you to see PGM prices (displayed by default on the right hand side of the home page), up to the minute FX rates, Equities, Fixes and Lease rates.
In addition there are links here to charts, and to the most recent Webcast.
TheBullionDesk provides a range of live updating prices on the top panel of the website.
Here you can see the latest indicative precious metals prices.
The precious metals prices are delayed spot under the Standard Service and include real-time spot, futures and options prices under the Premium Service.
Please note the prices shown are indicative of the prevailing spot/futures markets prices at that time but TheBullionDesk offers no guarantee as to their accuracy and accepts no liability for reliance upon it being so.

More prices are available through the tabs on the right hand side of the site, giving PGM, Currencies, Equities, Fixes and Lease rates.
Subscribers can also get access to COMEX, NYMEX, precious crosses and ratios through the left hand side menu.
TheBullionDesk provides advanced charting facilities for precious metals.
Clients can access the charts using one of two methods.
Either select one of our charting tools from the left-hand menu, or click the small chart symbol to the left of the instrument on the prices panel at the top of the screen.
The user may use either the static chart feature or the advanced interactive chart facilities.
Interactive charts update in real-time and have many advanced features.
Please note that you will need to be a Premium Subscriber to access the interactive charting tools.
To use the interactive charts you will also need to install Java.
This feature may be found under the ‘Charts’ button on the left hand navigation. From the default chart display, use the "1) Select Instrument Type" combo box to choose from the available list of different charts for the selected instrument. Next select the instrument you are interested from the "2) Select Instrument" combo box. Then select the sort of chart you want to look at from the "3) Select Chart" combo box. Select the number of points you want in your chart from the "4) Chart Points" combo box. Select an end date "5) Chart End Date", in the text boxes, making sure you enter them in the format dd mm yyyy. Enter in any moving averages you want to be drawn into the two "6) Moving Averages" text boxes. Finally click "Get Data >>" to display your chart.
The interactive charts are the most advanced charting we offer on TheBullionDesk. Interactive charts are available only to subscribers.
